Recover Lost account?

Hello,
I recently returned to this game after a lengthy break (of something like 5 months).
I had 2 accounts, and I remembered my main account instantly. However, I completely forgot the username of my other account (where I stored all my mats I saved up from leveling up my characters) and to make things even worse for me, I forgot the Gmail I used for this account so I cannot access the gmail.
Is there anything that can be done? I've sent a ticket already but have not heard back.
