NEED GM HELP to Sort out this UNKNOWN ERROR REPORT

I want you admin or technical assistant team to sort out this error report.
This error reports often comes with using 'TAB' and also inside dungeons. Once dced inside dungeons (FC mostly) it wont allow us to relog to our toons until it ported our or if dead nothing can do.
I am experiencing in this issue as well many of my friends having this issue. Which means it must be a bug going in the server.
Please check and update ASAP

Use TAB only when standing still. TAB + WASD = Crash.

Yes, it's real. Tested in many dungeons.
В мастере проверено тоже, стоя на месте все ок, вроде можно табаться безопасно ещё когда мышкой ходишь, но это недостаточно проверено.)

Technical team must fix this issue. Cz it annoying. Last time i had to try more than 10 times to get back to my toon..

 

If you want admin to look into it, you will need to attach log files. They can be found in element/logs directory of your game client.

I had a crash recently after which I wasn't able to log in. What helped is changing graphic settings to minimal via Launcher. Probably game has some broken visual effects that lead to crash now and then
